British artist Edward Thomasson presents new video work and drawings produced during his six month residency at the SLG. Thomasson graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art last year and was awarded the inaugural South London Gallery and SPACE Graduate Residency which began in October 2011. The residency offers a recent graduate accommodation in the South London Galleryæs Outset Artistsæ Flat, use of a nearby studio courtesy of SPACE and a solo exhibition in the SLGæs first floor galleries.
The Nina Stewart Artist's Residency with the South London Gallery and SPACE is funded by The Nina and Roger Stewart Charitable Trust, with additional support from Bloomberg.
