These are the terms and conditions of ArtRabbit Limited for our web site artrabbit.com, whose registered office is at 8 Playhouse Court, 62 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 0AT, a company incorporated in England (Company No. 5808006).
1. Use of Web Site on these Conditions and Services
All use of the web site artrabbit.com ('the Site') is on the terms and conditions below. Use is also in accordance with any rules or instructions on the site.
If you do not agree to these conditions cease use of the Site immediately.
You may print and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the web site.
You must not manipulate any identifier to hide the origin of content or who is posting or access any password only pages or hidden pages on the Site, nor upload any material with viruses, violate your own local law, impersonate a famous or other person by way of a user name or otherwise nor say you are affiliated to a body when you are not, use the Site or material gained from it to send unsolicited emails other than to contact a person advertising on the site for a legitimate business purpose. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we grant the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. ArtRabbit Limited reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases.
You may only post on the site as one user and may not have separate on line identities although you may change your user name from time to time at your discretion. You must give us an up to date and accurate email contact address and other personal details we request during our registration/ use process.
2. Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer
You are responsible for the material you upload to the Site. The Site works through your contributions which we actively encourage. However we cannot police all material or vet it before it goes on the Site.
If you find any inaccurate information on the Site let us know and we will correct it, where we agree, as soon as practicable.

Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right.
